Insurance Plans

Below is a list of vision insurance plans that we currently accept. Some insurances cover eye exams once a year while others provide for exams every two years. We will gladly call your insurance to verify coverage and obtain authorization for services.

Private Pay

Payment for professional services is due when rendered. Glasses, contact lenses, and other products require a 50% deposit or more to begin processing. Outstanding balance is due at dispensing. We accept personal checks, Discover,Visa, Master Card, American Express and debit cards.
